***Caregivers of children, aging parents, siblings, partners, and/or friends are welcome.**
Together, we’ll embark on an experiential mini-series where you’ll practice the art of being with your nervous system in order to expand your capacity to hold those in your care — including yourself!
We’ll cover the following topics:
Attachment science
Nervous system regulation (self & co-regulation)
Mindful self-compassion & grounding strategies
Meet your group facilitators:
Maggie Moore (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who collaborates with clients to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and trauma. She partners with her clients not only in pursuit of symptom relief, but ultimately in pursuit of a deeper self-knowing and sense of resilience. Maggie’s work is informed by Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, Developmental Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness. She’s also a fellow in the Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Fellowship.
Mercedes Martinez-Hannon (she/her/hers) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist trained in Somatic Experiencing® (SE) and certified in Somatic-EMDR. Her approach to healing focuses on a collaborative process that draws from a rich tapestry of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Attachment Science, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness. She blends science with intuition to unlock your body's natural wisdom and propensity towards wholeness.

Cost: $300 per person or $380 per person with on-site childcare during group sessions
