This FREE community event is facilitated by our incredible clinician, Tara LaDue, MA, AMFT. Tara is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting children and teens who experience neurodivergence, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dis-regulation. She uses play therapy, art therapy, somatic practices like breathing, mindfulness practice, and yoga with children, and also enjoys working with parents to help them understand their child’s brain and how to work together peacefully when conflicts arise. She’s a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and trained in Young & Healthy's art-based mindfulness program for school-aged children.
Tara also helped the CFC create our very own community Kindness Rocks Garden, and on December 7th she’ll help our community come together to promote random acts of kindness into the world! No skills required and nothing for you to bring. Simply show up ready to connect with community and create!
