Support for Phonological Awareness Skills and Early Literacy Development

We're thrilled to announce a new program for children in K - 2nd grade: THE WINTER SOUND GYMNASTICS INTENSIVE PROGRAM!

With a focus on building skills and confidence, this program focuses on helping kids who might be struggling with rhyming, alliteration, blending sounds together into words, early reading skills, and/or identifying the first, middle, and last sound(s) in words.

The cost is $600 and each session will be led by our educational specialist, Frances Yang. With over a decade of experience working with students in early childhood in a variety of educational settings, Frances is committed to helping students find the joy in learning. She aims to create a positive educational environment where students feel safe, seen, and secure. She leverages students’ strengths and empowers kids to address challenges with a growth mindset.

Who will be leading this program and what can my child expect?

This program will be led by our amazing Educational Specialist, Frances Yang. Educational Specialists are professionals who have years of experience teaching students with learning differences and who are completing the last portion of their Ed. Therapy training and supervised hours. During each session, Frances will use games, activities, crafts, and other tools to develop crucial phonological and pre-literacy skills.

When will the program run and what is the cost?

This program will meet for a total of four sessions. Each session will be offered for a duration of 90-minutes in a one-on-one or small-group setting.

Sessions will be available Tuesdays through Fridays, at either 9:00 - 10:30 am or 12:30 - 2:00 pm.

The registration fee is $600 and incudes all four sessions.
